How pre-sales work

What are pre-sales?
Pre-orders are upcoming products (cards, games, etc.) that are available on the date indicated in the product details. Pre-order products cannot be placed in an order containing products that are immediately available.

How can I purchase pre-order products?
All pre-orders must be paid in advance by Bank Transfer or Paypal/Credit Card. The supply of pre-order items may vary. PokeStoreItaly therefore reserves the right to cancel any double orders or quantities exceeding actual availability.

What do I do if I need to purchase a pre-order product and a product that is already available?
You must place two separate orders: one for the product already available and one for the products in pre-order.

How do I order pre-order products with different availability dates?
You must place a separate order for each product with a different availability date, otherwise your order will be shipped ONLY AFTER all products are available. Therefore, if you order a product with availability 02/25/2025 and one with availability 03/15/2025, your order will be shipped after 03/15/2025.

When will I receive my pre-order products?
Unlike products already available that are delivered according to the classic procedure, pre-order products will be shipped the days following their availability date (except for postponements of product release dates or delays in deliveries beyond our control).
